LinkedIn or Facebook or Both?
Speaking of social networking, LInkedIn just published a bold site upgrade today, and it looks more like facebook now with pictures, status, and the general layout. I use both, check both a couple times a week, but would not consider myself a very active user, other than checking for more Gonzaga basketball trivia questions on Facebook.
I find value in both being their own unique site, one for social networking, and the other for business networking - I’m into the clear separation of the two in this case and value both. It’ll be really interesting to watch if there is consolidation between the professional networking and social networking sites down the line.
