Wine of the Week #4
How about something white this week.
According to them: Pinot Gris is quickly rising to superstar status due to its fruity nose and character, easy approachability, medium body. Vin du Lac Pinot Gris does not disappoint. You’ll marvel at the forward, yet complex fruit nose and easy sippability of this wine. An excellent food wine; try it with Manchego cheese and green olives!
According to me: This is the best Pinot Gris I’ve tasted in the past year. It’s as crisp as Lake Chelan in May or a freshly picked Fuji apple in September.
