Road To Redemption
Today a decision and an announcement were made. Someone (individual) who I am not impressed with was asked to join an organization (organization) that means something to me. Individual has not displayed the character or attitude that organization demands. Hearing of this, feelings of anger and worry seeped all through me. Will individual have an adverse affect on organization’s success? And what about the happiness of all who are affiliated with organization?
In the end, hopefully this is an agreement that will be a win-win for both individual and organization. Hopefully the the two can learn from each other and grow. Hopefully the two can provide something for the other that they otherwise wouldn’t have had separately. Maybe the individual’s road to redemption will coincide with organizations road to achive something greater. Maybe those roads become a super highway… only time will tell.
